I had fun in Louisiana (went to see my folks for the weekend) but I was glad to get back home. I spent about an hour that evening balling and deseeding the watermelon so I have a lot of little containers of it for my lunches this week.

Yeah, we used to say that Terrell was a big town because they had TWO Dairy Queens. Did you ever read Walter Benjamin At the Dairy Queen by Larry McMurtry? Lot of insight into small town Texas life.
