Ok, then if not the McDonalds case then how about the case of the bank robber who shot himselfin the foot when the safety on his gun malfunctioned resulting in his capture? There are tons and tons of stupid piddly wasteful cases clogging our courts, surely you don't think that we have not become way to law suit happy in this country?
