I always find, leaving my computer turned off, and pretending it doesn't exist, helps. If I turn my computer on, I always end up losing concentration and begin playing on a game. How does this motivate, you ask? Well, don't tell me you have anything better to do than post on this forum. If you can't post, you might as well do some studying.
