I'm just feeling the need to brag here...and this has probably all been said before, but here goes...

I started a fresh new game of BGII a few days ago and decided that 1 I would build a decent thief as a PC (got tired of the lack of NPC choices in that area) and 2 I would play a neutral character who was leaning the way of becoming evil as I have only beaten the game with a good party.

anyway, I had no idea what to expect, but was I ever pleasantly surprised! My party consists of:

PC-Elven Assasin
Jahiera(more for the romance plot that I haven't seen than anything...)
Korgan
Anomen(I'm working on corrupting the miserable little sod, plus he's a good tank)
Haer'Daelis(I'm beging to think that he is the most underated char in the game)
Edwin(Holy s*&t!!! I have never used him and had no idea how killer he was as a mage)

Anyway, fourteen days gametime in and this party is ripping through every quest I try like a hot knife through butter. Not to mention how enjoyable it is to go through the game being utterly self-interested and somewhat evil...anyone got any comments on this particular mix or any of their favorite mixes for parties (excluding custom multiplyer parties...)

One little question as well, where the hell does Edwin get all those extra memorized spells from?
