Civil War will have an easier time--the MCU already exists as an established thing and has a large fan base. BvS is still an experiment for DC/Warner which could blow up in their faces. I don't think it will, mind you, but that is the movie which will be taking a risk. Because of this, BvS will have to "one-up" Civil War and be larger, more dynamic, more explosive, and more dramatic.

It won't hurt that it will have Wonder Woman in it, to be certain. Of course, Civil War will have Spiderman, but I think more people are looking forward to Her Royal Amazonian Highness.
