I am not exactly sure where you are at--the Boogre area or the Dragon's Spire??? In any case, you need to go back to the Dragon's Spire where you acquired the Mavin Sword. There is a door in this room that opens after you pick up the sword...this door leads down a ramp alongside the wall of the mountain into the second map and Brimolch Roon. Hope this helps.
