Mithval was encouraged by his parents to join the local church. However, after a few months he realised that he did not share the same beliefs as the church. He faked his way through most of the training and fled the church when he decided he had enough spells to take on mercenary jobs. He laughs a lot and seems to be not bothered if faced with overwhelming odds. However, he has a paralysing fear of dogs which he has told nobody why.
