My character is curently a Lvl 9 Fighter/Lvl 10 Mage. He can now go up to Lvl 11 Mage. When I do this I only get 1 extra HP, however I have 17 Con and it says Hit Points/Level:+2. Surley this means every time I level up I should get at least an extra 2 HP. However this doesnt happen, why is this?
