Actually!!
With Angela from HP on the line we done what you said (and a few other tings) and re-installed the software. Now everything seems to be working fine. So thanks a ton for your ideas everybody!
She's just faxing me a test page now (It's true love!)
I'm going to put Firefox and Thunderbird in place of Netscape now.
