First have an invis mage cast greater malison. Then hit 'em with two or three cloudkills one on top of the other followed by either choas or confusion. Maybe throw in a fireball for good measure. If you have a druid send an insect plague their way too; wreaks havok on morale. Sit back, drink a beer, and watch the fun. You do have those spells, right?

I take it since you're fighting the Harpers you are evil.
