You should check out my site too, we usually have anything you need on Baldur's Gate 2.. You can get that patch/override file here:

--incase that 'other' link doesn't work

PS: Grand Mastery is supposed to give you an extra attack, IT Doesn't by default in BG2 They didn't even do the attacks per round to AD&D specs in BG2!
(This will correct that)
