I agree with Wellard, GokuZool and Arledrian.
I love very fresh brown bread with a good crunchy crust, lots of little seeds (sesame, pumpkin, poppy, sunflower) and a good flavour. None of that pasty, flat, dull white crap. Brown bread is much better for you anyway
Oh, I do love good fresh German rolls, like the ones I get when I visit my grandmother. Rolls are good brown and white, same goes for baguettes. Oh and I also love Italian bread: ciabatta, foccacia (mmm... with olives or sundried tomatoes baked into it).
