You need to move the decorative obelisks you find around the rooms and place them on the odd squares on the floor. You'll note as you are doing this that the light from the obelisk will be refracted. When you've placed a decorative obelisk on each of the squares light will hit Anephas' altar and THEN he will be reborn! (make sure you line them up correctly!)
