The easiest way that I connect is by opening NWN > going into Multiplayer > Join Internet game.

Near the top right hand corner you will see a list of Game types. Scroll down till you see RP, click on this and you will see a list of RP servers.

Escape from Undermountain should be on that list. If its not then Ziroc may have it down to add some more goodies for us to play with. The server is usually up 24/7

Note: Im going off memory here with the instructions as im not near my gaming machine.
