Well, I think 'Roger the Fence' in the temple district sewers buys fenced goods, but you can never be sure. It'd be a pretty safe bet that the dealer in Bloodscalp's guildhall buys them, too, and if your main character is a thief, when you get your very own thieves' guild, you get your very own fence right there at the counter.
