My bad, I forgot about the following.

SoA:

Arrows of Ice

ToB:

Arrows of Detonation( good luck trying to get a full quiver though)

And no, you still cannot put Darts in your ammo slots.

There is a +5 to THACO heavy crossbow in SoA, you get it during the Unseeing Eye quest. ToB also has a +5 crossbow.
