You can also download an item description editor from Kevin Dorner's
Baldurdash site which will correct the descriptions of HUNDREDS of items in BG2, so you know which kit can wear/use what. It's huge but excellent. A warning though: if you have any custom items, it will overwrite those too - even if they're not in the BG2 folder.
