If there is a bug that have taken them, then I wouldn't call it cheating to get them back. I suggest using ShadowKeeper or CLUA to get them.
From the top of my head, the "goody" items you get are:
Cleric's Staff +3
Belm (in the Ogre Tower, if you stopped by there)
Periapt of Proof against Poison
Flame Tongue

There are some more, too.
