1. Yoshimo doesn't spoil you at the Sphere, but later on in the game. I won't spoil you with "when" though.

2. I think that dialogue option is just supposed to spawn... Odd.
3. He won't show anything of his secret stash until much later in the game, until you SPOILER! get out of the Underdark. But that's still a loooong way to go.
