It's not top-notch, especially nowadays, but if you find a copy in the discount bin it may be worth taking home. Although perhaps you might want to play LOL2 first, which, although a bit less user-friendly, has the better atmosphere and also deals with part of the background you may need to fully appreciate LOL3.
In either case, the games are known to be a bit buggy on occasion, so downloading patches is a must.
Despite that, I personally liked both part 2 and 3.
