Hmmmm.... I've been playing pretty solid for a week. IMO, there aren't any "best." There are some combinations I *like* better.....:
1. Elven Wizard with Pixie Familier & Cleric Henchman.
2. Human Paladin/Sorc. with Pixie Famlier & Sorcerer Henchman.
3. Human Barbarian/Rouge & Cleric Henchman.
4. Human Bard/Sorceror & Cleric Henchman.
5. Human Ranger/Rouge & Bard Henchman.
6. Dwarf Figher/Cleric & Bard Henchman.
I've played some weird ones too:
A. Human Monk/Druid (LN).
B. Elf Wizard(Evocker)/Sorcerer
I like all of them. They each have strengths & weaknesses. The Wizard was tough to keep from dieing. But by the end of chapter one, she was proding buttock.
