I would also like to add that although people can have problems which cause then to be heavier and in some cases fatter than others, it doesn't make them that fat. That is pure obesity, and as you see by what that woman was eating, I'm sure there is a lot she could do for herself.

And if she chooses to let it be put on the internet, then I would say that it is perfectly acceptable to laugh at her, afterall, she is the one putting on the show.
