Killing someone might be a bit extreme, slacky, your rep will drop by at least 7 at that level. Better to steal from a merchant you don't know and flee when caught. Or try and pickpocket somebody when no-one's looking (otherwise everyone who sees you will turn hostile and it might be a problem walking through that part of town).
This will reduce your rep by 2.
I wouldn't recommend dropping Viconia when your rep is that high, sometimes she breaks and storms off and you will have no chance of getting her back.
