As I've said in a different thread, I used to hate NWN too, but since I completed it (the fact I had the motivation to complete it surpised me) I've actually been thinking, and it isn't a bad game. Maybe if you stop comparing it to Baldur's Gate, and stop thinking of it as a successor to the BG series you'll see it definitely has its perks. The graphics and combat for instance, are pretty nice. Even if you think the Infinity Engine is better. I like the look of it, plus the gameplay definitely isn't bad. The characters have depth, even the henchmen, and the voice acting is very well done. All in all, a brilliant game.
However, I personally preferred the main NWN game. I was disappointed none of the expansions were a sequel, and the fact that no sequel is planned (no, NWN 2 is not a direct sequel), I wanna see what happens after the cliffhanger, dammit! [img]tongue.gif[/img]
