it could be done in few ways:
1: email this gentleman mailto:myrkul@sympatico.ca asking for hclark's and other artists' requests to be honored. (there are 12 others that are displeased)
2: send a complaint to
webteam@godaddy.com about the problem. The more of us that complain the more legitmate it is. there is also.... child pornography there as well
or
3: for copyright infringement:

your help would be greatly appreciated... man, it really teed me off when I did all the hard work making the list just to make it easy on this guy but no... they are his and I have to.... loosely termed: 'beg' for it. >< which is not very polite
