yeah, i tried making them invisible, but i dont know HTM and i didnt know how to change it. I tried making them invisible with frontpage but the version i had in the hard disk is different to the one i have uploaded, so i just couldnt upload. Now that i have to make lotsa changes i will try it.

Ok here's the HTML
in the FRAMESET Tag include
FRAMEBORDER="no" FRAMESPACING="0" BORDER="0"
eg.
FRAMESET FRAMEBORDER="no" FRAMESPACING="0" BORDER="0" COLS="140,*"
I have had to take the brackets from the tags so they appear
