Yes, there are cases where compensation is in order--medical malpractice and/or negligence--but not in cases where "your government/country mistreated our people decades ago so we demand compensation now". Also, I don't condone terrorism by anyone on anyone, including Muslim-on-Muslim terrorism like the kind committed by those indescribable rectal smears who shoot into mosques during daily prayer.
