Actually... I know about the prison holes... If you recall there are other holes, right when you enter the is a hole with teeth, and a hoel near the Wyvern. I guess not if no one recalls the holes they aren't important. I went into the prison holes pretty easily, what sucked is the taong mages.. stupid chaos spells, my guys wander off aimlessly...and I just go around slowly hacking everyone up. I want the living carrion... Which I assume now is what we are actually walking on.
