"Cloning" is a misnomer. All it is is directing the map of a life form. It remains an original lifeform. Ientical twins are not the same person are they? Yet they are "clones" of one another.

And, just like twins are different from one another, so too are clones different. Cats that have been cloned have been DIFFERENT CLOURS from the nonclone.

But all the hoohar about parents cloning their child to have them back is nonsense and unresolved grief. The cloned child will be NEW and DIFFERENT, even if it has the same genemap.

And if you clone yourself? You're a product of your parents genes. All you do is create a sibling twin, years younger than you. It's not like you'll "have another shot" at life.

Ridiculous.
