No. That's the kind of thing you'll find in Fallout 1 & 2, and Arcanum. Party-based evil, as defined in BG2, is really limited to a selfishness concern for one's own interests alone--which is, after all, the beginning of all evil. But if you want to engage in the violent, socially destructive stuff, you won't find it in BG2.
