silver dragon: It is the one in the underdark, who transforms you to a drow.
her name is Adalon.

The helmet: The helmet is used to see a specific fire elemental, who guards several items...you can spot him by using true sight though, and if you already killed him you have no further use of the helmet...it does nothing, not even protect from critical hits.
