Thanks for all your responses, but still no real answers. I have had Keldorn in my party, and we did the unseeing cult and then i asked him to leave to keep Minsc and Korgan. Then after finishing Trademeet and the Druid Grove our rep skyrocketed to 19 and Korgon left..and no, he is not hanging out at the Coronet. And Keldorn is not at the temple of the Helm..where is the Radiant heart place? I thought they were the same thing.
