You can't really verify that. The Shadow Thief in the beginning, you don't know if Irenicus set the trap or not. The clones (I'm guessing of Ellesime), would you consider them human? Those slaves in jars, would you consider them dead? He killed quite a few Cowled Wizards in the beginning. Adding it together, he would have killed way more than what is worth 2 points. Somewhere around 30-40..
