I belive this is the one from the Fighters guild. Go into Shurgeon Castle and hug the right wall. You will run into him in the room that looks like a barracks. If it is the one from the Priests guild you will need to follow the left wall. In the room after DeSotos ghost is where you get the Master Key for the Castle. Go into the closed doors in that room, and in the final room you will find a scroll.
