Okay.....there is apparently a short story in "Realm of The Dragons:The Year of The Rogue Dragons" called "Wickless In The Nether" and a R.A. Salvatore contribution in a book called "Dragons World's Afire". The story is called "If They Ever Happen Upon My Lair", which is..I guess a prequal to "Promise of The Witch King"
