I should have seen that coming...
Anyway, about the old buried tank. What if I mention to any potential buyers about the existance of the tank...and how I buried it before selling. If we have to dig it up then, then so be it, but if they still buy the house, knowing it is there...will that not be a transfer of responsibility?
