I have yet to finish the temple (the bloody place is HUGE), but the middle door is, I think, the entrance to the lair of the Naga (yikes!). The other two rooms connect underwater. In between them is a path to an altar holding a figurine. Take it, you'll need it later. And don't try to jump out of the water. Just point your mouse up and the party will walk out thru the grate. It may take a few attempts, but it works. Luck!
