Barbarian Magic Missile: In any fight, grab the party's mage and throw him at the nearest monster/foe. Either way, something good is bound to happen.

Sounds like what we used to call the
geiger-thief. Toss the party thief into a room and slam the door. Listen for sounds of screaming.
