Apparently 4 clubs are looking at the possibility of signing Arshavin (why i don't know, I wouldn't rate him that highly)
These clubs are Man U, Arsenal, Liverpool and Barcelona.
Arshavin himself said he'd choose Barcelona. Funny how one tournament can change everyone's perception of a player. Look at Fernando Torres, touted the best striker in the world after his first season at Liverpool and hot favourite for Golden Boot, but David Villa is bagging all the goals for spain. Now people are questioning his ability.
