i did some experment and with 25 hp and max hp a level up with barbaran the highest he got was 275 hp at level 40, an regular beserker 250 or 240 some hp at level 40, so....

however that is low compared to my favorite class bards, i had a bard with 190 hp by level 40, had lots of con buff anyway he tensored and hit 390 hp
