Are you remote loading? If so, a lot of the free hosting sites will shut that down. I would suggest that you head over to GDF and see if someone over there will host your sig for you. Lots of folks have personal sites with their ISPs and I'm sure one would be willing to host for you.
I would, but I don't have my site up yet and I don't think the provider allows remote loading anyhoo...
