If you don't mind a little cheating (you can always do this, then reload your game, just to satisfy your curiosity), then use CLUA console and create him there. Charm him and have him attack Driz'zt. I don't know the code for that guard, but you could always do that (Driz'zt would win, but it would be fun to watch for the (maybe) 5 seconds it would last).
