After you finish the Windspear Hills Quest, go back to the order. The have 3 quests you need to do to gain your room at the Radiant Heart. If you have Anomen, you have a couple of other tasks to perform to see if he gets admitted into the Order as well. (He rocks once he is knighted and is much less annoying!) Unfortunately you have to keep your stuff in various barrels and chests in the heart... they should just give you a locker or something... oh well.. happy trails!
