Well, in a way. You can't get a thieves stronghold, obviously, if you turn against the thieves. You can't get Edwin either I suppose, unless you get him before you chose side. However, you will still have to beat Bodhi later on in the game, which gives you two options. Either you kill Bodhi now, with the thieves, when she is easier (I think she is at least, the mobs seem to get harder as you gain levels), or you waste the thieves now and nail the vampires later, giving you the opportunity of gaining more xp. Of course, I guess you could just walk in on Linvail anytime during chapter 6 and chop his head off, but I assume that could have nasty sideeffects.
Anyone tried that tactic?
