If I remember rightly it was taken from a corpse somewhere within the planar sphere, between the mad halfling battle and the Tavok / Tolgerias battles. Cannot be definate though.
Be careful with this spell, as both times I have so far used it, the bloody monster was charmed and turned against me!!!
