My memory may fail me here, but i think Iron Golems had 80 hps in PnP games. I suspect they have something similar in IWD UNLESS you are playing on something OTHER than normal difficulty, then the numbers go up drastically. If I recall, in Heart of Fury mode, HPs are tripled AND have 80 added to that, so Iron Golems would have 80 + 3x80 or 320 hit points!
