OK, this is a fairly simple process.

Create a text file out containing the stuff below and save the file as "happy.2da" - then place this file in your override directory. That's it!

All comments that the charactors make are based on these variables - they are set comments but effectively you get to choose which of these comments you want to hear (and prevent party members from getting soooo angry that they want to break....). Anyway, the variables below should keep your party either happy with your good deeds (good charactors) or not complain (evil party members). I don't think that giving positive values to neutral charactors does anything - I don't think that the game was designed to make them 'happy' under any circumstances...
Place everything below this in your new file:
