Well, I find that the main problems are Madae's Blasphemy and the summons, though Isair can make problems later using improved invisibility. If you have a scroll of protection from magic, use it ON one of the twins to completely remove their protections and stop them from casting. Also, try to take out the two enemy mages, as their summons make the battle very complicated. Ormis and crew should be able to hold off the melee minions, so ignore them (though loot them, a quick identify can upgrade your armor in the midst of battle).
Since your guys are good (I think), your best bet against blasphemy is either to get out of the area or to somehow come up with some magic defense. The only spell that comes to mind is Holy Aura, though there may be others. Be sure to buff beforehand.
Oh, and is your sorcerer wearing both Tymora's Loops?
