Things which dictators do no longer shock or surprise me. It is a matter of fact that they all spend their lives seizing anything and everything they can grab while they are in power regardless of whose lives they have to ruin while doing it.

Not enough Libyan people were upset enough about it to make the necessary changes before now, though.
