I've only played fighters and fighter/thieves, but they all have the same stats (sorta).

Str 18
Dex 18
Con 18
Int 18
Wis 12-16 or so
Cha 3

Since you get the ring of human influence so early in the game I always sacrifice my charisma, which allows me to boost up the other skills. You can do the same with dex if you like, since you can get gloves of dexterity very early as well.
